The KOROS Maglev is a government research project developed by the Korean Ministry of Science & Technology. The test track began operating in 1994. The latest KOROS maglev has a capacity of 120 passengers per car. The maximum design speed is 110 km/h and is capable of gradients of 6%. The test track is 1.1-km long.
