Prices
All prices on the website are given in US dollars. California taxes (for purchase made within California), shipping and handling will be added to these charges.

General sales information
When ordering from our website, The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org), via PayPal, will send a receipt of payment e-mail to the buyer. The receipt includes the final agreed upon price and list of the items ordered. This receipt includes any discount that may be given.

Conditions
The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org) cannot accept responsibility for order errors made by the customer, or for products that are being phased out.

Payment Security
We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your credit card. You will always be able to stop a payment after receiving your bank statement. Should your card be misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you will not be liable for any form of self-risk. The data you send in connection with a purchase by use of a credit card or debit card is encrypted (SSL), so that only the safe and secure payment gateway can read it. The credit card charge takes place when The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org) ships your order. The amount you confirmed at the time of purchase is the maximum amount that you will pay.

Delivery
We make every effort to fill orders immediately after payment. Monorail Store products are mailed from Fremont, California. The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org) uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipment. Tracking information will be provided to buyers via e-mail. Delivery costs are based on the USPS current postal rates plus a small sum to cover packaging and handling. We do not ship to hotels, motels, and/or inns.

If you order multiple products at the same time from The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org), the weight of the products will be calculated and delivery charges will be calculated accordingly. Delivery time refers to the number of days that pass before The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org) ships the ordered items. In the unlikely event of extended delivery times, you will be immediately informed and given the opportunity to cancel or alter your order.

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns or exchanges of Monorail Society Store products.
The Monorail Society (www.monorails.org) has a no-return policy for its products. There are several points during the purchase process to verify your product selection.
