Sydney Monorail - a Photo Essay
photos and commentary by Kim Pedersen

As the monorail slips into City Centre Station, it also cruises below a building-to-building pedestrian way. That concludes our daytime tour of the loop.

Our final images of Sydney Monorail were all taken at night, when it takes on a whole different magic look.

Cruising down Darling Drive.

Convention Station, which is adjacent to a huge parking structure and Sydney Exhibition Centre.

Another view of the well-lit Convention Station.

In this view you can see the ticket machines to the right, as well as passengers entering and departing a train.

We finish with one of my favorite images, illustrating how well the monorail blends with the modern metropolis of Sydney, Australia.
